At Zinnia Organic, we strive to ensure that your organic essentials reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation email with your order details. It is our priority to swiftly dispatch your order so you can begin your natural beauty journey.

  • Dispatch Time: Usually, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 48 hours (on business days).
  • Availability: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via phone call or SMS regarding the expected dispatch date.

Exchange Policy

Zinnia Organic offers a 7-day goodwill exchange policy, provided the item is returned to us under the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The product seal is intact and has not been broken.
  • The packaging has not been tampered with.

Note: Items purchased during a Sale cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product received is incorrect or damaged.

How to Exchange an Item

Request: Email us at zinniaorganic@gmail.com to request an exchange.

Details: Include your order number, the reason for exchange, and the name of the new item you wish to receive.

  • Ship It Back: Send the item in its original condition to:
  • Zinnia Organic * Attn: Returns Department
  • Address: Model Town "C", Block "V", House No 89/D, Bahawalpur
  • Processing: Once received, we will ship your replacement parcel.

Note: Shipping charges for the re-shipment will apply.


Returns & Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our organic products. Zinnia Organic will provide a full refund (via credit voucher) or replace any goods found to be faulty or damaged.

  • If you change your mind and wish to return an unopened product:
  • Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
  • Proof of purchase/order info must be included.

How to Return an Item

  • Capture: Take a photo of the damaged or faulty item.
  • Notify: Email zinniaorganic@gmail.com with the photos, your order number, and the reason for the return.
  • Return: Ship the item back to the Zinnia Organic Returns Department at the address listed above.
  • Resolution: Upon inspection, we will issue a store credit coupon for the same amount.

Note: Shipping charges for the re-shipment are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us immediately. We typically dispatch orders within 24 hours.

  • Before Shipment: If the order has not yet been shipped, we can process your cancellation immediately.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
